March 8, 2010

Today we bid our farewells to Grammy and are so thankful for the long wonderful life she had. She seemed very much at peace. We had a nice graveside service and had lovely roses to place on her casket. Rest in peace Grammy, you are very loved and will be missed terribly.

My mom sent me this, Grammy's brag book. Sweet memories.

Family all together.

March 6-8, 2010

Friday March 5, 2010 my grandmother passed away. She was 99 years old. We had hoped to make it to her 100th birthday party, but was not meant to be. Needless to say, we all hopped on a plane and flew to FL for her funeral. We arrived on the 6th, spent some time in Riverview visiting with our friends, crashed a birthday party and had some great laughs. Sunday the 7th we met with my parents for lunch and finally Monday was the funeral in Lakeland, FL.
Pictures as we approached Tampa International Airport

At the party crash, hanging out with friends...good times as always.
